These rates do include:

· Transfer (190 km)

· Accommodation in double or single rooms

· Ayurvedic full board/ individually prescribed meals by the doctor

· Ayurvedic drinks depending on the Three Dosha constitution (bottle-water, herbal-teas, Lassi, Tambili and freshly pressed juices

· Daily doctor consultations

· All Ayurvedic medicines and preparations

· Guided Yoga and Meditation

· Basic Ayurvedic cooking workshop

Please read carefully the terms and conditions below before proceeding with a reservation:

Vattersgarden does not consider itself as a tourist resort; to come to us has the understanding and the desire to do solely Ayurvedic treatments, exclusively a non-alcoholic and vegetarian environment.

CONTRACT OF BOOKING and Payment:

Fax or email confirmation should be submitted to us. We will send you a confirmation mail or fax back.

The final settlement of the contract has to be on the resorts’ bank account at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION:

Though our room capacity is limited, we will endeavor to treat cancellations sympathetically. As such, if a replacement booking is covering for a late cancellation, the deposit will be returned regardless when the cancellation is made.

If a cancellation was done 7 days or less prior to arrival, we are charging 50 % of the deposit. Cancellation of your reservation, for whatever reason, should be notified to us in writing.

SPECIFIC VILLA RESERVATION:

Vattersgarden is not able to handle specific room number requests.

EXCLUSIONS:

We do not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil unrest, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond or within our control; guests' injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the treatment; loss of/or damage to personal property of guests.
